How long have you been in business? 

We have been in business since 2013.

How many weddings have you done?

To this day (March 23rd, 2019), we have provided services to over 125 weddings.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes. A copy of our policy will be made available to venues/couples per request.

Is this your full-time or part-time job?

This is my only job.

Do you have online reviews that I can see?

How many times will you meet with me before the wedding?

We can meet as many times as you need before the wedding. Any meetings outside of Kitsap County will incur a $25 fee.

Are there a certain number of phone calls permitted?

I do not limit phone calls, but I put my phone on silent after 5pm to balance my work and personal life. If you are unable to place calls before 5pm, I’d be happy to schedule a phone call after hours with you to ensure you have my full undivided attention. 

Do you work with a team? Will I be working with anyone else during my planning? 

Typically, I work alone. Depending on the size of your wedding or my work load at the time of your wedding, I may hire an assistant at no additional cost to you.

Will you set up our personal items at the ceremony and reception? (guest books, photos, toasting flutes, cake cutting pieces, favors, place cards, signs etc.)

When hired for coordination and planning services, set up assistance is included in the terms of service.

What time will you arrive on my wedding day?

I typically arrive an hour before the first vendor is due to arrive.

What time do you leave?

For coordination and planning services. I leave when the job is done. If you’ve hired me for just an officiant service. I leave after the certificate has been signed.

Will you provide vendor recommendations? 


Will you be at the rehearsal?

Unless requested otherwise, yes.

How will you be dressed?

I dress in formal business attire unless the bride and groom have requested a more casual appearance.

Can I contact you for other wedding advice before the wedding?

Yes! I’m happy to talk to you about anything wedding/marriage related. One of my primary goals is to ease any of your wedding day worries.

Will you coordinate delivery, arrival and set up times with other vendors directly? 

Yes. I will contact vendors at least a month before the ceremony and continuly communicate with them via phone/ email until your wedding day.

Will you bring an emergency kit?

Yes, my emergency kit includes but is not limited to bobby pins, hair spray, tooth brushes, a PA System (speaker, microphone, microphone stand, lapel mic, headset) lectern and extension cords.

Cost, Contract, and Payment

How much do you charge? Do you have a package rate? What does this include? 

Starting rate for wedding officiant services is $150, starting rate for DOC services is $799, and starting rate for full service wedding planning is $1799. To include officiant services for DOC and full service wedding planning, the cost is an additional $100.

If my event runs late, how much are overtime fees? 

I do not charge additional fees.

Do you accept credit cards?


What is the deposit required to hold my date, and when is the final payment due?

To book your date, we request a $75 deposit with an agreed upon payment schedule if you are unable to pay for your services in full. Final payment is due the day before your ceremony.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly request cancellations are done at least 7 days ahead of time. For officiant services a full refund will be given regardless of notice given. For wedding coordination and planning all monies except $150 service fee will be refunded.

Can I see a copy of your contract?

Yes. If  I do not have one shown on my website, please contact me via email: and I will send you a copy as soon as possible.

Are there any additional fees I need to know about?

No, any fees are included in the price we quote you.
