The Lovingly Yours Client Experience- How things work…
After our initial consultation, you should of received a detailed estimate of services, a sample contract, a sample of our client spreadsheet, and our wedding planning workbook.
Whether we work together or not, you are welcome to make a copy of the spreadsheet for your own use, and the wedding planning workbook is a great resource to organized all your wedding details.
Upon your decision to book, you’ll accept the estimate or request changes, once the estimate is accepted, it should turn into an invoice with an attached contract of services. Once the contract has been signed, and deposit has been paid, you’ll become an official Lovingly Yours client. Yay!! Within 72 hour you’ll receive our new client onboarding guide.
From here, we’ll schedule our first official meeting via phone, in person (lunch, brunch, or dinner on me), or over video. During the meeting we’ll cover the basics including, but not limited to:
Budget-Who is contributing to wedding costs? What is your total budget? We’ll cover average costs, and I’ll give you real numbers from real weddings to offer realistic expectations.
Vendors- My preferred vendors are available under the helpful links section of my webpage. We cover what to look for and what to look out for and why using a credit card to pay for vendors offers you the best protections on your investment.
Design and Décor- What aesthetic are you going for? Colors? Flowers? Theme?
After our first meeting, we’ll pick a whether you prefer weekly, bi weekly, or monthly meetings to go over your wedding details. I don’t limit communication or meetings.
As you book vendors, I’ll attend vendor meetings with you in person or via video. We’ll review contracts. I’m a sucker for the fine print and the little details. The contract covers what your vendor needs from you, what is considered a breach of contract, when you need to cancel or reschedule services by if the need arose.
Approximately a month before your wedding, I’ll starting building a repertoire with your vendors, finding out what they need to be successful on your wedding day. Building these vendor relationships is crucial to the success of your wedding day. Creating a team mentality with your vendors helps the flow of your wedding day run as smooth as a well oiled machine. We communicate better and know what each other needs to be able to perform to the best of our abilities. At this time, I’ll also send out a general timeline and request arrival and departure times as well as feedback on the timeline. Only your hair/MUA, photographer, etc. know how much time they need to do their job.
Two weeks before the wedding, I’ll send out a final timeline to your vendors, and a timeline covering rehearsal and wedding day information to your wedding VIP’s.
The day of your rehearsal, we cover the wedding day details and make sure everyone knows where to be and when for hair and makeup and when to arrive for photos on your wedding day.
During the rehearsal, we cover the walking order, the processional, recessional, where to stand, where to place your hands, as well as cover the ceremony headlines.
Day of, you sit back and get pampered ( if you choose to) myself, as well as your vendor team take care of all the details making sure your personal wedding decor is set up to your specifications. I greet your vendors, show them where to set up, and make sure they have everything they need to be successful.
Throughout the day, I check in with you and que you before any scheduled event on the timeline. We provide a truly VIP experience on your wedding day, making sure all of your wants and needs are met allowing you to dote on your new spouse and enjoy your wedding guests.
At the end of the evening, your gifts and cards are loaded into your get away vehicle, personal decor and left overs are sent with your parents or designated person. The venue is cleaned up to their contracted standard.
You fly off into the sunset to your honeymoon, a hotel room, or your own bed, and live happily ever after.
